These terms and conditions govern your use of the site and purchase of goods and services from the site. if you have any questions, please contact us by using the "contact us" form. In these terms and conditions, "we", "us", "our" and You No means www.youno.co.uk.
Please read the terms and conditions carefully before using our site. By accessing the site and/or placing an order, you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions and you consent to us using your information with our privacy policy. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the site.
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase goods from the site. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement with a parent or guardian.
Contract of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product and are subject to the following terms and conditions. The description of the goods, price which already includes VAT and delivery costs, are set out on the order page. The advertising of products and services on this site is an 'invitation to treat'. That means your order is an offer and no contract of sale is formed between you and You No until you receive the 'confirmation of order' email. Please keep your "confirmation of order" e-mail for your records. Once we accept your order, you shall pay the price for the goods which includes VAT and delivery costs specified on the order page and we shall charge your account for payment. Orders shall be accepted once payment is taken from your credit card/debit card. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Only adults (persons aged 18 or over) are entitled to enter into legally binding contracts.
Delivery
Please see our deilvery page for information on timings. We will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods within the times indicated. However, where delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only and we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We shall attempt to deliver the goods to the address you specify, or if none, to the credit card address you supply. You are responsible for making arrangements to recieve the goods and if the goods are held at the post office or other deilvery company's depot because no one was available when the goods were delivered then it is your reponsibility to swiftly collect the goods. It is important that the addresses supplied by you are accurate.
Making returns
Customers are legally entitled to cancel an order within 7 working days of receipt of the product and to return it for a full refund. Any returns should be sent to :

Returned goods must be unused. For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings, unless they are defective or faulty. Regrettably, items engraved, embossed or soldered cannot be refunded unless they are defective or faulty. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. A prompt refund of the price of the goods will be issued once the goods are received. The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price of the goods minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). If there are any problems with your refund, a member of our staff will contact you.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

You can be completely assured nothing you pass to Sage Pays servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Limitations of Liability
So far as permitted by law, and except in respect of death or personal injury arising from negligence, we exclude any liability for loss or damage of any kind resulting from the use of the site (including the reliance upon any information contained on it).
Governing Law
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You and You No unrrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Access to this website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services without notice. We make no warranty that this site will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the materials. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through this site.

These terms and conditions set out the entire agreement between you and You No in respect of the sale, purchase and use of the goods. They supersede any previous agreement or understanding in relation to the subject matter hereof. No variation of these terms and conditions are binding on us unless agreed by us in writing.

Any personal data provided by you will be used solely to fulfil your order or to answer any queries you have. All you information will be soley restricted to our offices. If you have requested to be put on our mailing list to inform you about upcoming future events in our shop, this will be sent to you from time to time.

To process an order, we require a delivery address and your credit card card number and expriy date, plus any security details that the credit card processor may require. When you shop at our website We use a 128-Bit SSL encrypted secure internet connection to protect your payment details. Your computer should automatically allow the opening of the secure connection when you place your order. This means that all details you supply and any responses are encrypted before they are sent over the internet.
